"UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." -- The Lorax Doesn't that line just sum up so much about life? Love this quote from Dr. Seuss's The Lorax. ClassyMommy.com saw a sneak peek early screening of the Lorax a few weeks ago - you can read our in depth Lorax movie review here. . The Lorax arrives in theaters on March 2nd  and I got a chance to sit down with the writers of the movie.  Yes,

The Lorax hits theaters on March 2 and after our sit down with Zac Efron, we got the inside scoop on his thoughts about voicing his 1st animated character for a film. It was interesting to get his perspective on what it was like lending his voice to a 12 year old animated boy searching for a Truffula Tree in the movie The Lorax, based on Dr. Seuss's classic story. If anyone could make that adventure sound manly, Zac sure can! If you haven't caught the trailer

Amazing day. Tough for our photos to do it justice but the kids and all of us were thrilled to immerse ourselves into the land of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando's "Wizarding World of Harry Potter." Our day was complete with sipping frozen Butterbeer, eating lunch at the Three Broomsticks, tasting Every Flavor Beans from Honeydukes, buying wands at Ollivander's Wand shop, seeing Hagrid's Hut, and so much more. Photos and details specific to everything "sweet" from Honeydukes candy shop can all be viewed here.  I

Photos galore! Honeydukes sweet shop was one of my favorite spots to experience "off the pages" of the Harry Potter books on our recent trip since not only could you see every thing you read about or watched in the movies, but you could also literally taste the candy creations as well making it all the more 100% incredibly real. It's true the pages of Harry Potter literally come to life at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It was simply breathtaking to walk the streets

Bling bling bling. After running 13.1 miles, receiving this gorgeous medal moments after crossing the finish line is amazing. Only Disney could somehow find a way to perfectly mold all the emotion, joy, and hard work that goes into training for and completing a half marathon into a medal. As I crossed the finish line nearly in tears from both the exhaustion, pain, and emotions full of sheer joy of both achieving my goal of running a 1/2 marathon and then running far faster than I

What a day! This was seriously the most inspirational and exciting race I've ever run in my life. It's hard to put into words the feelings and emotions about finishing a 1/2 marathon especially one like this full of so much inspiration and entertainment. And I'm talking serious entertainment like a race start complete with fireworks, Disney character's & music along the way, marching bands, and even a run down Main Street in the Magic Kingdom including a dash through the beautiful castle.

This morning was extra magical when I ran the Tangled Royal Family 5K with 6 year old Kenzie. She found the race thrilling as expected. Kenzie says she absolutely, "LOVED IT so much - every second of it - especially the medal! " She was extra adorable in her super cute skirt and smiled the whole way. We are talking HUGE GIGANTIC smiles the entire 3 Miles. We also ran holding hands at the beginning of the race- mostly to protect her from getting run over

I can't express how magical this morning was for me to see so many of my passions in life collide together at once. As a former "serious" competitive runner in high school and college and a lover of all things Disney, the chance to run in a Disney Park before it opened was beyond cool and exciting. Simply thrilling! I even teared up with my good friend Renee as we walked in to Epcot and I realized how all that I loved in life

Dr. Seuss' The Lorax hit theaters on on March 2nd and my favorite celebrity Grandma Betty White's role seemed like it was written just for her. I had a chance to get up close and personal with Betty and she was fabulous. When walking into her interview with us, a woman complimented her on a great performance, and Betty replied with "Have I got her fooled." It's no surprise that this spunky woman is playing an adventurous grandma who gets into just as much mischief as her grandson. I tried
